Litigation and Appeals

I am board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in civil trial law. I am also board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) as a Civil Trial Advocate. I represent and advise clients who are, or might become involved in a lawsuit or an appeal. The representation includes prevention and settlement and it often includes letters of opinion.

Mediation

I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. I conduct civil mediations for other lawyers.

Personal Injury Law

My firm represents individuals involved in controversies alleging a wrong or damage to another person’s rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as automobile accidents, defective products, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, and negligence.

Products Liability Law

My firm has experience in representing individuals who have been injured as a result of an unsafe product that was designed, manufactured, sold, and/or furnished by a person or company. I assist those injured individuals in bringing their claims and being fairly compensated for their injuries.

Professional Malpractice Law

I look forward to working with clients to help them determine whether or not professional malpractice has occurred. Typically this would be medical or legal malpractice, but, it could involve any professional field.
